One of two people killed this little girl, put them both on trial and let a Jury decide who killed her. Summer must have Justice. The CPS should step up to the mark and prosecute this crime cannot go unpunished.

When two or more people are involved in a murder does it matter who actually inflicts the fatal blow...if you stand by and allow it to happen and not try to stop or not go to the police sureky you are as guilty as the actual murderer...and let's face it spending a few years in prison isn't going to stop you living a life after your sentence is spent
