Charity begins at home. China, India, Pakistan don't need our overseas aid. Most of Africa is so corrupt the aid never gets to where it is needs.
Why does the Government borrow money to give out in aid and add to our debt mountain?

11 billion is being spent by this government on overseas aid - how about some of this money being spent to ease the suffering in this country?
It's time to stop adding to our debt by sending money abroad. Help is needed at home. Think about it Mr Cameron before the next election!!!!

It's our money, not the government's, use our money for our own people's most important needs first

Why are we a small nation still trying to be the old British Empire. We cannot afford the levels of philanthropy that are being presently exercised by our Government particularly as it appears that we are always at the forefront with donations usually exceeding many times the amounts contributed by our neighbour countries. Charity must begin at home and I would suggest that we need to cut this overseas aid to no more than 20% of the present levels and closely monitor what others who denigrate us do themselves.

Time we looked after the people of this country. Not against foreign aid but against the countries that have wealth but are not helping their genuine needy people.Stricter controls for the distribution of our help must be enforced.

I am so glad someone is trying to bring to Cameron attention that charity begins at home, and that as tax payers we want to have a say as how it is spent.

UK sends lots of aid to developing counties.
How much of this money ends up in Swiss bank accounts held by corrupt despots or Governments?

I DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY FOREIGN AID BEING GIVEN OUT TO ANY COUNTRY . THE FINANCES OF THIS COUNTRY ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF THE FINANCES IN MY HOME.IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT IT YOU DO NOT SPEND IT AND YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT BORROW IT TO GIVE AWAY.WHEN THIS COUNTRY BECOMES FREE OF ALL DEBT AND IS IN THE BLACK WITH CASH TO SPARE THEN OVERSEAS AID MAY BE CONSIDERED.PERIOD
