He should be arrested for inciting religious hatred and breach of the peace as well. This man abuses this country's freedom of speech . He should also be charged with treason. Anjem Choudary is well known for being responsible for influencing young Muslims toward radicalisation and terrorist acts. He makes his views widely known via media appearances. The horrific, cowardly and pitiless murder of Lee Rigby was due in part to Choudary's influence on at least one of the defendants, and as such, he should be made legally accountable for that.

I think it is disgusting that this vile man is allowed to freely walk the streets spewing his anti western hatred, blithely admitting to his involvement in radicalising the two murderers of Lee Rigby, and nothing is done. WHY ?
