Sorry, Vaira Vike-Freiberga did welcome and support the SS legionaries. By "participation" I meant exactly this support and visits of the legionaries' parades, not marching together with them, - and she did it as Latvia's president, as a representative of the Latvian authorities on the highest possible level.
Прошу прощения, Вайра Вике-Фрейберга действительно приветствовала и поддерживала легионеров СС. Под "участием" я подразумевала именно эту поддержку и посещение этих парадов легионеров, а не марширование вместе с ними, - и она это делала как президент Латвии, как представитель Латвийских властей на самом высшем уровне.
