Love your faith and respect other faiths. Infact the message of all religions is one. Bhagavad gita is a scripture of peace curbing the evil forces. Its a message for universal peace. Kindly dont brand it as sectarian or extremist literature. Need your kind cooperation and consideration in this regard.

The Bhagavad Gita depicts the common internal conflicts in human beings and also reveals the common inter human competition, rivalry and conflicts.There are very few books /scriptures depicting the character of human beings.
After having exposed the human beings, THE GITA goes on to explain the reasons for the way human beings behave and a way to realize the potential of human beings to rise above such petty short term so called gains and attain eternal peace!!!
Is it that bad to gain wisdom and knowledge???
The Gita does not preach violence. It does not advocate hatred. It just defines four different ways to realize the ultimate peace -through devotion, through duty,through knowledge etc.

Bhagavad Gita IS THE Holy book contains the preachings of Lord Krishna,The human incarnation of Sri Maha Vishnu, to his disciple Arjuna before the beginning of biggest ever Maha Bharat war, wherein, according to Mahabharat records more than 30 lakh foot-solders besides lakhs of cavalry along with thousands of horses and elephants- Chathurang ( this word later transformed into chadaranf or Chess- a famous game in The Great Russia ),have participated and a very few remained alive by the end of war showing the massive human disaster.
