Please explane why tecnical problem with the subsitute request system has not been monitored and resolved (or at least has a backup system) by FIVB since the problem occored many times before Japan Vs Thailand games. Also, it was very unfair to give away a critical free pont on any games. Plese provide reason why this can be happened and what will be done to prevent this unfairness to happen again.

Because this volleyball match between JPN and THA is unfair, and I think that this match was not played like the vision of FIVB: "We play it CLEAN." So I need to hear an official explanation of this match from the FIVB why the referees gave 2 points to JPN ,and check the transparency of this match/referees of this match. Most people who was watching this match see who is the winner ,but how can it be JPN.
