This is my beautiful hometown area. Does Orwigsburg and Schuykill Haven residents have any idea on how this whole project will change the life style that they love about small town living??Ken Kramer (Bluff City, 2025-01-07)

I live in Schuylkill Haven and spend a quality amount of time throughout all seasons enjoying the nature of Adamsdale/North Manheim surrounding the borough. My father is buried in the Schuylkill Memorial Park as well. This commercial/industrial venture will absolutely decimate the agricultural and conservative ecosystem which brings tranquility and balance to the people, flora and fauna of the area. The developer needs to spend the money and buy land that's already commercially/industrial zoned. These people are cheap, greedy and have no respect for the people and the land. Spend the money for what you want and stop taking what's not yours.Julianne Georgevic (Schuylkill Haven, 2025-01-10)

We need to protect farmland and traffic on 61 and in nearby neighborhoods is already much increasedLaurie Goodrich (Orwigsburg, 2025-01-10)

No more land needs to be destroyed for industrial use in this area. There are plenty of warehouses sitting abandoned that they could use but they are intentionally doing this to create yet another industrial park.Cassandra Hackman (Pottsville, 2025-01-12)

The proposed warehouse projects will hurt the surrounding communities - more traffic on poorly maintained State road, decreased housing value, loss of agricultural land, very little increase in jobs, more noise, more water run-off, more pollution, etc. Please do not allow this to ruin our nice rural community outside Schuylkill Haven & surrounding small towns.Kathi Oakes (Schuylkill Haven, 2025-01-13)

I do not believe Schuylkill County needs more warehouses.Kathleen Salam (Wilmington, 2025-01-14)

I am against the destruction of the environment for the purpose of building monstrosity warehouses. There is no need for new warehouses when too many vacant warehouses already exist in this region of PA. The jobs provided inside a warehouse are not worthwhile to individuals. I speak from personal employment experience. Putting more tractor trailers on already congested local residential roads and state highways and interstates will make already dangerous roadways even more unsafe. The building of a warehouse is devastating to people and wildlife.Jacqueline Minarick (Pottsville, 2025-01-14)

I am signing because I am an owner of Seltzer Group Partners office building on Route 61. We have been here since 1965 and have no intentions of selling to a developer.Pete Krammes (Orwigsburg, 2025-01-15)

The take away of our farmlands has got to stop. The destroying of community by wearhouses has got to come to an end.Mark Purcell (New Ringgold, 2025-01-16)

Building of warehouses along that area would no doubt be detrimental in the long run.Michael Nauman (Auburn, 2025-01-16)

I moved to Schuylkill County to enjoy a more rural setting to raise my family in, while I understand the need to ensure speedy and efficient transport of goods in a capitalist society these type of developments generally have a negative effect.Adam Gallagher (Tamaqua, 2025-01-16)

I'm signing because warehouses are largely an eyesore and will destroy the beauty of this area. Increased trucking traffic will likely increase traffic accidents on this already dangerous stretch of Route 61. They bring in low paying jobs and make no one, except the already rich purchaser of the property, richer.Kristina Klinger (Auburn, 2025-01-16)

I live in Landingville. This area has a healthy and valuable ecosystem. This idea of placing large warehouses on agricultural land is unnecessary. There are a number of large warehouses not far down 61 that are EMPTY!! Have this company use those instead of building more and polluting our county.Jennifer Stauffer (Schuylkill Haven, 2025-01-19)

There are already plenty of wearhouses built in the area, sitting empty no reason one needs to go there.Zachary Heher (Schuylkill Haven, 2025-01-22)
