#61 Re:2014-03-08 23:33:33If steps were taken to drastically reduce the number of breeders in this country then the rescue centres wouldn't have to do this. There are far too many legal breeders as well as all the owners who can't be bothered to neuter their pets. Overbreeding is the real problem not the euthanasia. It must surely be the last resort.
