Laura agreed to terms in the CLA without a membership vote. In fact, the work force didn't see the details for months. She refused to work with AFA when AFA clearly had the better agreement. Laura refused to work with AFA to form a new union that would have clearly worked in the best interest of 24,000 strong instead of protecting the small number of high ranking APFA representatives. Instead, Laura was more dedicated to her friendship with Doug Parker and Scott Kirby than having working toward building unity among the combined work force.

Laura wanted to mandate the APFA Executive Commmittee vote yes on the TA when the details of the TA were not available. This is not how to unify a work force.
