I agree with the idea that we should continue to evolve the sport and always try to make it more attractive to the general public.
Yet I know from experience that the public find the BC3 class already spectacular because the ramp, severity of disability, the current level and the corresponding spectacle.

When we observe BC3-competitions (individual and pair), it quickly leads to the conclusion that most athletes need the current need time to play their 6 balls in combination with an acceptable level as
both individually and pair.

It is true that in some other classes have more time effective. Fot instance in the BC4 class, without wanting to attack them, the have time to drink, to take a relax-moment during their time, to discuss during the games.
However, this is not so in the BC3-class

What use is playing faster when it is detriment to the level?


The current time limit is good for BC3-athletes and when something is good you also must dare to preserve something.

Contrast, a time limit for the Jack and the penalty is a positive change.
