I would be willing to done some time to helping your venues. Conn needs this. We don't have anything else. No hockie, soccer, football, mudbogs,or hardly any other sports, other than UConn. I love cars and and motor sports in general. However to do drag racing you have to go to another state and that with how much I work
just isn't feasable. Besides I would like to teach my daughter about cars and this would be awesome. Maybe Conn. still has a chance at not being such a lame state after all.

I'm completely for this . I'm a 41 year old tax payer that , grew up in this state . We Have been forced into the street to do what ,could be done in a safe and legal environment. I thank you for this effort on such a monumental task . My family and friends will be there for opening day .

The State of Connecticut needs a Dragway. It will help keep street drag racing off the streets by offering a safe environment for the racers. The track would be a job maker and an tax revenue for the state and local towns.

A quarter mile would be better but just having ct. Being cool enough for a motor sports park there are a lot of use to b's in this state let's make this happen .I tired of driving out of state for this type of entertainment let's keep us cool and some money here

This is a great thing.Get street racers off the streets and safe. Its a great for car shows and other events.
Keep ct money in ct.
Attract people in other states to spend there money in ct.

Hi Guys,
GREAT IDEA!!!! Can't wait to have a drag strip back in Connecticut. We've missed out a lot since Connecticut Drag Way shut down along time ago. Now we go to Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania for Super Chevy and to watch the drags. Maybe someday down the road you could host a Super Chevy Event!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!! Can't wait for 2016!!!!!!!!! As fellow CT resident and Crew chief and soon to be driver , I'd love nothing more to see our beautiful state have a Drag Strip again , I was never at The Original CT Dragway as I am only 30 . My father Passed away in late 2014 and I know he would enjoy to see and be at this Track , whether it was running in a points program or just to test , and as I know many other New England and CT natives would like to see this track built , and CT Dragway alumni can relive some memories .

Had many great weekends years ago with my parents at the old Connecticut Dragway I hope this goes through we need something in this state
