The only science that has passed the test of time and survived the onslaught of all known civilizations is offering its best in the form of life solutions to the modern man as Bhagavatgita. How can a civil nation prosecute against a holy scripture???!!!
The Bible, Corano, hindu Scriptures (Baghavad Gita is a tiny one)
are treasures of all human beings and have to be treated
with the maximum respect by anyone.
Ignorant people, don't do something that could affect negatively

As a college professor teaching on eastern religions and regularly taking my classes to the local Hare Krishna temple on field trips as an example of a Hindu sect this is utterly insane that such accusations are being made in this case. It would be thrown out of court immediately in any Western/modern country.
