Inconsiderate, willful, disrespectful people setting off those explosives need to stop this torture, harassment, and careless disregard of our rights!

Not only is this illegal but it is SELFISH and unconscionable! There are people who have PTSD and are being traumatized even further by the loud explosives, children are too frightened to sleep, pets are being frightened and distressed by each and every one of these explosions! They shake in fright for hours afterward at every little sound.

Don't just throw up your hands and say "I've been living here for 40 years and it happens every year" This is not an excuse - there is no excuse for setting off explosives!

It's not ok.

This needs to STOP!
