Somerset Chase HOA Erronesly charges Fees

  1. Help me stop Somerset Chase HOA unethical practice. HOA Board Members decides to  charge residents who paid on time late fee due to payment portal posted the payment later on the account. This is contradicting the main principal of payment which counts the date payment is submitted not the date it is posted on account. When residents try to appeal via portal or mail, it took  the board members two months to reply while late fee with interest were continuously charged.
  2. Somerset Chase HOA has to find an efficient way for residents to pay and not penalize them for the payment portal mistake.
