Centre of hope has been running for over 10 years, helping over 1000s of addicts which iv witnessed first hand. COH has provided comfort and hope to families and parents suffering because of loved ones who are active addicts. Iv never seen another centre like this one before and without a doubt it's one of the best in south Africa. Let's stand together to help keep the doors open.. let give other still suffering addicts a chance to re write their story.

When I met my husband he was a recovering addict and I knew this but what I didn't know is the person that he could become because of addiction. He relapsed and was broken down where he had lost everything. Along with that came the abuse mentally physically emotionally. I never thought that he could ever be the same person. Thanks to center of hope he has made a full recovery, with renewed hope and faith that he can always count on them. For a place like this to close would be a great loss for the thousands of people that they can still help as well as for the thousands that they have already helped.

The COH is a remarkable institution which provides support not just to recovering addicts but also to families of these recovering addicts. Each individual in the families can provide testimony of the assistance they have provided. I myself am an academic and have struggled to complete my phd with all the stress from my brother who is one of the people COH is helping recover. I am currently 2 months away from completing because of the assistance COH provided. I cannot begin to explain the find of stress having a drug addict person in a family. It is my hope that you do not deny this type of assistance from others who are in dire need of it.

This Centre has been doing a great job in rehabilitating Drug addicts and giving the a second chance in life. Their program is not a quick fix like the government program of 28 days instead patients can be kept up to a year and I know for a fact that some beneficiaries are clean for a long time if not permanently.
