OLIVIA RD IMPACT ASSESSMENT

This petition serves as notice that i/we the people hereby acknowledge our concerns based on the new development in Olivia Rd named Eveleigh. Found on the corner of Ravenswood Rd and Rondebuilt with the entrance based in Olivia Rd off Willow Rd.

The issues needing highlighting are as follows:

1.The already damaged road.

2.The non functional street lights.

3.The drop in water pressure sometimes so bad one cannot shower or bath. PRIOR IN EXISTENCE.

4.The current issues pertaining to the rd being a Cul De Sac and the effect of traffic leaving the residences in peak times of AM and PM.

5.The additional impact on the roads and infrastructure with the newly developed Eveleigh development.

6.Height restrictions imposed on the Eveleigh Development, processes followed and acsa approval?
