KELAB GOLF KUDAT (AGM)
Petisyen ini bertujuan mendapatkan seberapa banyak sain atau persetujuan ahli KGK untuk mengadakan AGM semula untuk Pemilihan Ahli GC baharu bagi sesi 2023 - 2025. Petisyen ini dibuat atas ketidakpuasan ahli berdasarkan faktor berikut:
1. Pencalonan dan perlantikan Jawatan President pada AGM 2023-2025 iaitu Dato' Seri Ruddy Awah yang tidak sah dibawah akta Pertubuhan (ROS).
2. Perletakan Jawatan beberapa orang ahli GC pada pemilihan 2023-2025 menjadi kontroversi dalam sturuktur pentadbiran KGK dan mengakibatkan kepincangan dalam mengurus dan membangun Kelab Golf Kudat.
3. Kurang kepercayaan Kepada Pemangku Jawatan President.
4. ketidakstabilan dalam pentadbiran dalaman Kelab Golf Kudat.
5. Membubarkan jawatankuasa 2023/2025
6. Pemilihan Baharu bagi Jawatankuasa 2023/2025
