However many Ulema are of the opinion that a TV channel dedicated to Dawah and which ensures strict compliance of the Shariah ( like prohibition of music, no women etc etc ) can be allowed subject to certain strict conditions. They do not say that it is Haraam period. They say it can be allowed subject to certain strict conditions. There is a big difference.
