It didn't seem transparent of the "negotiations" that occurred. It appears the members were not aware of this unfair agreement that was met and it was not communicated to the members.
I find this to be unfair and unacceptable. As a public servant "severance pay" is a very important element in my employment and is a big part of working for the government !
Why would PSAC agree to such a "deal", it is
far beyond me !!!! Maybe its time to change unions !!!
