IF these tracks are included on the album the legacy takes a MAJOR hit. The songs are fake, no doubt.

Excluding the tracks is the ONLY viable option. An album with only 7 tracks, but 100% MJ, is perfect. We don't need 10 songs. We just want REAL songs.
