/ #1172016-02-04 15:06I sincerely that the Ekurhuleni Department of roads senior civil engineer will open his eyes to what this ridiculous situation of terminating the original contractors contract has caused. Mayhem on this section of road, no traffic law enforcement, people have total disregard to RED / GREEN traffic signals and drive on the wrong side of the road. There were supposed to be two graders on site two weeks ago according to the official with whom I discussed the problem with, nothing to date. |
