/ #292014-06-12 15:33I totally agree with mr Dean Charles and the residents of the Elba,this is a absolute bolt out of the blue,no consultation with the community.It would be helpful to know if any other communities in the Swansea area whose homes are lease hold have their ground rent astronomically raised.It would also be helpful if every Tennant in the Elba tallied all their individual raises together to see how much the council have planned to make. |
