We need a local bank with on site parking & ease of access.
The Lloyds Bank in St Austell has neither.

This is the only bank left in the area,it's not possible to keep tracking in St,Austell,it's time older customers were considered,St Blazey Lloyds were really convient with good parking with easy access for elderly customers,where they would have a fair distance to walk if they had to walk from the car park in St Austell.

I'm 60 now and can remember that bank going back as far that i can remember i think that the bank has been there even before i was actually born and as an account holder with them for a long time it would be very awkward if I'd have to park and walk to the bank in St Austell as I'm also disabled.

People from par, St Blazey, tywardreath, lostwithiel, fowey and surrounding areas should not have to travel to a big town to access their accounts. A lot of elderly people have no transport and are not able to access on line banking. Also a lot of people other than the elderly will find it a bit of a mission to get to St austell . Not everyone drives and not every one will be able to afford the time and expense to get to a town branch

This is the only bank for miles around and all my children use this bank. We can't get to st austell everytime we need to use the bank so having a local branch means a lot to me and my family.

I use this bank on a regular basis as so handy with living close by and working aswell for me ,and would mean I would than have to go loylds in st austall town centre to pay anything in to my bank account which could only than make that trip at the weekend to do this which would be very inconvenient.

I have used this bank and it would take too long to go St Austell and then on top of that there is the car park charges. The staff in this bank are AMAZING and are the epitome of friendly helpfulness. LEAVE THIS BANK OPEN AND AVAILABLE!!!

We were told when Lloyds Bank in High Cross Street and Mount Charles, both in St Austell, that there was easy disabled access at St Blazey branch. Now Lloyds have decided to close St Blazey branch. So where do we go now that has convenient disabled access ??

We have no other high street bank available in the town. If the Lloyds Bank facility is lost to the community we will only have the Post Office locally .When Lloyds closed the branch in Mount Charles last year they gave St Blazey as an alternative. Where will this stop??

I don't drive,work full time so to get a bus to st austell would be a real pain! There are so many elderly people in this area that need this bank!

 This branch is one of the busiest around. Fowey has closed, Lostwithiel is closing in March and this would just leave St Austell. From Fowey you would need at least half a day on public transport just to visit a branch. Maybe if you say ed money on TV adverts saying "visit us in branch" you could afford to keep the branch open????

Local Branch needs to remain open.
Easy to get too, friendly staff, no trekking into town with parking costs and fuel spends to add on. Services should remain local !!

So 5 out of 5 local branches will have closed, leaving St Awful as the only one in the whole area .... which, because of the hills, is just not wheelchair accessible.

I have been with Lloyds for 50 yrs - now I will have to ditch them !
