WE OWNERS WANT A NEW STRATA MANAGEMENT

 We urge you to join us in signing this petition because it addresses three critical concerns affecting our community:

   Escalating Levies: The continuous and dramatic increase in levies is inflicting significant financial hardship on property owners. It's becoming increasingly difficult to manage these rising costs, and many residents are feeling the strain.

   Mismanagement by Whelan Property Group: The inefficiency and lack of transparency in the management of our property by Whelan Property Group have resulted in confusing meetings, a dearth of clear information, and an overall sense of bewilderment among owners. It is evident that a change in strata management is urgently needed to restore order and transparency in our community.

  Owner Participation: Our community thrives when each owner actively participates in the building's management. Holding the Owners Corporation (OC) accountable for their decisions and actions is essential for safeguarding our collective interests.

By signing the petition, we collectively take a stand to address these pressing issues, striving for a financially sustainable, efficiently managed, and inclusive community that benefits all of us.
