Fed up with the no care attitude of ekhurleni municipality essential services that are not been carried out.
Primrose and area are like slum area.
Disease, rats are rife due to refuse lying around and is degrading property values.
The municipality is taking our money for services but not providing the services.
Somebody must be held accountable!
