The jab is not a vaccine, it's experimental gene therapy, and "mandate" means both parties have to agree, otherwise it can't be implemented, so "mandate" is not a law. So the jab is unlawful. I do not support the notion that vaccines must be mandated when VAERS data proves that not all people should be vaccinated, these vaccines are called "safe" yet the CDC and American Heart Association have linked the vaccines to mayocarditis and pericarditis - we have seen healthy athletes collapse on live television, these are people who received the vaccine, some are no longer with us.

Furthermore the vaccines efficacy is not as we were told, it's been found to be much lower, yet no correction of this marital fact has been made by the media or govenrment.

In pfizers own clinical trails, it was revealed that 21, not 15 , participants in the clinical trail had died, as a result of the vaccine. The FDA further approached American courts to request 55 years before they publish ALL the information used to grant the vaccine emergency approval - this indicates that the science that we ought to trust is being concealed from us and carefully being turning into a religion.

Countries with high vaccination rates, which were targets for heard immunity through vaccination, are now suffering reinfections in the vaccinated community, proving that these vaccines are not what the public were sold, we are told that they were created to stop the spread but the goal posts have shifted, now we are told that it's to prevent death yet, vaccinated people are still dying - the vaccine doesn't make anyone immortal, it's a lie that these things will absolutley prevent hospitalization and death, so to use the premises that we are absolutley preventing hospitalization through vaccination is a lie and misrepresentation of material facts about the vaccines.

Furthermore the claim that this is a public health matter is a contestable when you assess VAERs, by mandating vaccination, govenrmnet is ordering individuals to put themselves at risk for the community wich is counter intuitive when the vaccine itself doesn't stop the spread in vaccinated people - it's also questionable why the number of people required to be vaccinated to stop a single case of covid is so high, these vaccines themselves require more people to be vaccinated in order to work and without that, they are ineffective, one ought to question the effectiveness of these jabs in relation to the Number needed to vaccinate.

More knowledgeable into what exactly these vaccines are must be deceminated, a board member of Beyer went as far as referreing to these vaccines as "Gene Therapy" with absolute confidence in his address.

There is also no guarantee that no mutations would occur in the vaccinated population as this vaccine does not absolutley kill the virus when the individual is infected - the Marek case study confirms this assessment and the papers that substantiate virus mutations in vaccinated populations as well.

Furthermore, this vaccine has killed people - an undeniable fact, however, in 1976, the swine flu vaccination drive was hulted when 3 people died - however, for some reason, when this vaccine kills people, everything under the sun is done to disassociate the deaths from the vaccine, when the facts are there.

The creator of the MNRA vaccines spoke out against the current use of MRNA for thier current purpose, the creator of PCR tests stated that those instruments are innacurate - all these statements were dismissed and govenemrnets are using these instruments with blatant disregard for the creators instructions and truth. It's also to be called to question, the contractual agreements entered into by the South African Govenrnent with its conspirators- Pfizer, J&J & ASZ, the public MUST be given full disclosure of the documents.

Furthermore these companies who have produced these vaccines are experienced criminal enterprise with a long standing history of Unethical research practices, falsifying research data, bribery, state capture, false advertising, price gouging, market manipulation, murder, kidnapping and many other criminal activity, we cannot allow ourselves to be fooled into thinking the pharmaceutical industry can be trusted to put the interests of the people above profits, they have proven themselves to be opportunists hell bent on maximizing profits and theier history MUST be considered when choosing to place the nation's faith in these corporations - all criminal charges laid against these companies throughout history must be made public knowledge are reaffirmed in media and public addresses.

It must also be put on the table, the conflicts of interests that exists between the FDA which is funded by the pharmaceutical industry, and the individuals within these organisation's and thier role in granting these vaccines authorization - we must also be made aware of any holdings or stakes held by South African government officials and thier relationships to individuals in W.H.O & W.E.F, other international agencies linked to the enforment of mandates,
& pharmaceutical companies as to ensure no conflict of intrest exists.

It must also be investigated what amount of the R500 Billion was dedicated to which companies & Individuals and the purpose thereof - we are owed a detailed report on the financial expenditure of the IMF loan by the South African Governmnet.

I am of the opinion that the people must decide a way forward where the citizenry in our capacity as the true governers of the state, must make the decision as to wether or not we mandate these vaccines or chose a hybrid vaccination program defined by the people, we must be able to share information freely and call to question the negative impacts of the vaccines not put forward by mainstream media, we must assess the truth in its it's all facets and become as knowledgeable on all aspects of the vaccine before any such motion to strip the people of thier right to bodily autonomy & independence is subverted, there must be a democratic process that underpins the vaccination program - the idea that government itself, without the will of the people, is here implementing the recommendations of an unelected organisation not recognized by the South African Constitution (W.H.O & W.E.F) implies a breakdown in the leadership of the governments intellectual capability and sovereignty, as it stands, the motion to mandate vaccines undermines the intelligence of citizenry & our ability to know what is good for our selves, we cannot allow government to instill a dictatorship and return to segregation , the mere idea of mandating a vaccine without the will of the people, is defecation of the "the science", it is an undermining of our constitution democracy, and a mockery of everything we as a nation have fought for, clearly, the government's apatite for aparthied is still strong.

The vaccines are Experimental and without a liability clause. It's proven they are leaky and do not give immunity but rather destroy innate God given immunity leaving the body vulnerable. The South African Constitution states under our Human Rights that no citizen can be forced/coerced into being injected with a substance without their free and informed consent.
