I'm signing because I work in the legal trade of cigarettes and confectionery and I have seen how the illegal trade of illegal cigarettes has taken hold. There are shops selling cigarettes at inflated prices and the scary thing is the people are paying for it and moving to more dangerous unknown brands. Our government is losing billions, billions which could be used for future resources. But also, stores, warehouses and liquor stores are becoming targets for break in's. Because of this ban a company that has provived millions of corner cafes, garages and supermarkets with cigarettes for over 60 odd years will have to close its doors.
