I'm signing because this would not only honor the name of our late friend and figure within the Religion Department but also she meant so much to us and she believed in change and equality throughout societal issues of the current world. She has already shown herself as a example of a true leader and fighter for human rights. Her memories will continue not only as part of the building, but also memories within our hearts.

The death of this girl really hit me hard even though i don't know her. I am not an emotional person but every time i see her face my eyes start to water up and i am filled with sadness because such a beautiful young girl with her whole future ahead life was ended in such a way and i just get sad that when i think of the fact that someday her name will be forgotten and by putting her name on a building will immortalize her legacy. By doing this I would be at ease that she will be remembered and not just another statistic like i said i am not a emotional person but typing this message my eyes are full of tears. I just don't want her to be forgotten thats all. Rip Jesse there was a time i thought i was dead inside and you showed me that is not the case. The word gone to soon seems fitting.
