Stop Constant Power Outages in Alberton

I am personally affected by the numerous power outages in the Albrrton area which results in loss of fresh and frozen foods almost every time. And then to claim from Ekurhuleni for the loss is like chasing my own tail, gets nowhere. We pay our rates every month and we are tax paying citizens who deserve high quality services from the government who should be working for the people that pay them!! It is outrageous and actually disappointing that this is what has happened to our once great country just because politicians just can't keep their hands out the piggy bank.Sherran-Nee Birk (Alberton, 2020-12-15)

As residents we pay our electricity bills every month, yet our electricity gets shut off with no prior warnings and by continually saying "we are aware of the power outages and apologise for the inconvenience " doesn't make it ok.
