Our Minister Lindiwe Zulu and KZN HOD has failed us as Social worker's. There's no profession that is undermines as Social work profession.

We have been trained in varsities by our department DSD and they promised to absorb us after we're full qualified. Now that we're qualified they're saying they don't have funds to employ us. Yet they still train SW in varsities to do the course. Why would you keep on training professionals that you can't afford to employ? Why they keep on increasing the number of unemployed Social worker's? Why they don't use the same funds that they use to train 1000s of students in varsities to train for SW. Why they don't employ atleast 100/200 SW professionals each year?

Why Social worker's are the only professionals that are underpaid when they're on contract? Social worker's are being paid 5/6K when they're on contract. I have never seen other professionals being underpaid just because they're on contract. Teachers, nurse, Dr's etc they all get their full salary when they're on contract.

We know that the country is fully corrupt but KZN takes the Cup!!!
