To remove a child from a loving happy home and place this child with strangers disgraceful

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#409

I think it's a disgrace this child is with people he only met and with loving person who he loves and knows Tulsa is wrong for what they did bring him home xxxx

(Letterkenny, 2018-04-25)

#413

It's obvious that the single mother cared for the child as much as anyone could. The child will relate to her as it's mother.

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#414

I want to help bring home baby L

(Athlone, 2018-04-25)

#423

This child has grown to know his Foster Mother, how cruel is this to take a child from the one person he/she trust's and adores since birth!

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#424

No respect for Tulsa

(Limerick, 2018-04-25)

#426

This child and mother deserve to be together.

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#428

This baby needs to be with his foster mam as the only mammy that he has know since he was born . This could have a devastating effect on a sick baby. Send him home please!

(Tipperary, 2018-04-25)

#430

Show respect

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#432

That baby should be with the one who loves him

(DUBLIN, 2018-04-25)

#442

This is so wrong on so many levels!

(Ballybofey, 2018-04-25)

#444

It’s disgraceful to take a baby away from a mother whether they’re a foster family or not. That foster mother may only have one opportunity at having a child and it’s been taken away from her. The birth mother is disgusting for suggesting it and tusla is worse for following through. Truely a sad situation and the foster mother deserves her child back

(Kinnegad, 2018-04-25)

#446

Because its there baby .

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#448

If what I read is true, this is so unjust.

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#450

This child belongs with the family who has raised them since birth, whom they are part of & know & love. The foster family wants to adopt & should be allowed to do so.

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#466

I feel that the treatment of that child’s long term carer is disgraceful. Sometimes I feel like our government and government bodies are so corrupt it is unbelievable.

(Wexford, 2018-04-25)

#481

A foster mom who did everything for a child is their rightful mom, no matter if single or not, she gave the baby all the love she had. And someone who abandoned their child should have no say what’s whoever, in choosing who’s right for this baby.

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#482

Tusla are useless and do more harm than good..would not trust them with children..there record is dreadful regarding taking care of vulnerable children

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#486

How can yous think this is the right decision for this child ? This is so wrong , thos child was loved and didnt want for anything , why turn this childs life upsids down for somone who gave him away at a day old ?? How could yous let this happen , the foster family should have rights to and so should the child ! What will the child say when they grow up

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#489

It's disgraceful to take that baby from the only mother they knew

(Dublin, 2018-04-25)

#496

It's the right thing to do.

#511

The child belongs with its mother,

(Galway, 2018-04-26)

#512

I am appalled that the courts are giving a voice to the woman who abandoned her child, allowing her to dictate the child future. I understand that she felt the child needed something better than she could offer her, but it should have ended there.

(Plainfield, 2018-04-26)

#513

Tulsa should be disbanded as they cause even more problems than they solve trying to do a job that they don't understand how to do in the first place and then there is the Maurice mc cabe case. Should I say anymore?

(wexford, 2018-04-26)

#517

The child's best interests should be at the heart of this and of course this would be to leave it with the Foster parents that loved and looked after the child since he was born

(Kerry, 2018-04-26)

#524

I'm signing because I know that pain.

(Athleague, 2018-04-26)

#527

Shouldn’t have happened sick world

(Dublin, 2018-04-26)

#528

Believe in cause

(Drogheda, 2018-04-26)

#537

There is some obviously heartbreaking wickedness here and I am signing because love reigns. Love, patience, a sound kind, dedication and kindness is the environment a child requires to grow and thrive. This child had it all; not because it was comfortable and convenient for the foster parent, but they loved and cherished and bonded massively with the child. Even more, NOW. How can that level of passion be ignored? Surely the Authority can look beyond ones marital status if the best interest of a child is the centre of it all, and base their decision on what matters most. An incredible bond and family has been shattered by this!!

#548

It's inhumane.

(Wexford, 2018-04-26)

#556

The child should be with the person who cared for and loved.

(Dublin, 2018-04-26)

#557

This baby needs to be with the people who love him.

(Cavan, 2018-04-26)

#565

I'm signing this petition because taking a baby away from its mother weather the baby is adopted or not, is not right when it is not discussed with the baby's parents/parent. They should discuss this with the mother before taking the baby away at any costs. I do not agree with what has happened to this foster mom of this child as she has stood by the baby day in and day out. Completely disrespectful.

(Clare, 2018-04-26)

#566

This child should not be removed from the only mother it has ever known because of a comment from the birth mother who didn't want the child in the first place shame on the system that allows such a tragedy to happen

(Nenagh, 2018-04-26)

#569

Shame on Tusla. Do what's best for the baby, let him/her stay with the foster mother who loves him/her! No matter if she's single.

(Dunshaughlin, 2018-04-26)

#576

This is clearly a case where the best interests of a child are not being considered and it is very very wrong.

(Ratoath, 2018-04-26)

#579

Taking a child away from people who love them is about the worst kind of abuse a child can suffer. Placing with the unknown then to top it off is truly heartless especially to honour wishes of a mother who does not care one iota for the child in question.

(Perth, 2018-04-26)

#586

Disgusting behavious! How dare they!!!!!!!! Scumbags!!!

(Limerick, 2018-04-26)

#588

Who are these people that can do this without a thought for the anguish and grief they are causing.

(Dublin, 2018-04-26)

#589

This decision shows no understanding of the Rights of the child. No understanding of what is in the best interests of the child and certainly no understanding of attachment disorder. It is totally heartless and will cause pain to an innocent child who will never understand why he cannot see a beloved face. Shame on Tusla, they are an organisation with a tainted reputation already and this just adds to that.

(Manchester, 2018-04-26)

(Dublin, 2018-04-26)

#598

The mother should be able to take her child home

(Dublin, 2018-04-26)

#600

I'm signing because in my opinion the best nterests of the child should always be paramount in any case and depriving him of a loving stable home is going to have a lasting Impact on his childhood .A piece of paper stating your married can be devolved in a couple of years and also dosent mean they are in any way going to be better parents .
