Why should I be told by government if I can smoke or not. I also disagree with the same reason given for the ban is that smokers are a higher risk. This is not true as I know many that are still smoking illegally and not one has been tested positive or have any symptoms.

It is the right of people to smoke. It does not affect the brain like alcohol. If you are a long term smoker your lungs are already damaged. It turns good citizins into criminals to buy illegal cigarettes.
