I am signing because at start of this year also we pay increased price for new term and transport. I paid all fees relating to term fees and others even though classes are conducted online in pandemic period. I know driver salary maintenance of buses need to be done. However, diesel has not incurred as previously. But I did not object for that one and paid on time. Further this Year increase also paid on time and not tell anything. But this increase is very high and it is unreasonable and a one party decision. This should have been discussed with parents before sending letters

I'm a parent who pays school fees yearly without any delay. I never argued about the school fees. But this fee raise was sudden and very huge amount which I believe not fair at this time. And we have agreed to a raise up to 10% only. But last September they raised 11% and still I didn't argue. So It's not fair for the school to raise the fee again in the middle of the academic year. Hence I believe that the school management should reconsider this decision.

Term fee hike is extremely unreasonable. Also we have seen the quality of the output and service we received is decreased. Getting fresh graduates without prior teaching experience into the classes below grade 6, is one recent example. Even they don’t know kids are having edexcel exam in grade 6. They even don’t know what is edexcel. Surprised to see how school handover kids to teachers just like this. Teachers ideally should under go trainings for child psychology. I really doubt how many teachers went through such training. Even though we send stationary at the beginning of the academic year, still requesting to get them from home again like A4 boards, bristle boards, papers for art exams.

I strongly believe that the sudden and significant increase in fees imposed by HCI is exorbitant and callous, and it will unduly burden many families.
As a concerned parent, I urge HCI to immediately roll back the fee hike and engage in a transparent process of consultations with parents. This would necessitate HCI providing a detailed breakdown of the actual cost escalations that have led to the increase, as well as a clear and comprehensive plan on how the additional funds will be utilized for the betterment of the students.
By doing so, HCI can demonstrate its commitment to the welfare and progress of its students, and restore trust and confidence in the institution.
