Klopperpark needs to be dealt with at all levels by our local Government in the way that their own administrative and legal functions dictate. Cleaning, law enforcement [such as illegal structures / businesses ], alcohol , littering, basic municipal services [ grass cutting, tree management, street lights, street surfaces - potholes etc. - pavements, traffic lights, signage and storm water management], emergency services. In short - all the things that rates and taxes buy.
