We NEED clean water. Water is life! We need to educate the people and change the situation. It is horrible to even think it is really happening in some places. Our water is scarce and very preciousThe drought took its toll and is still rampant in our arid areas like northern cape.
If the perpetrators of the pollution cannot think for themselves to cease and desist from littering and polluting the water, they should feel. Monetary fines are not always the answer, but time to clean up the area where pollutant took place will have an impact. Fail to do your bit to clean and go to jail every weekend.
