It's been 5 months since I sent details about my childcare to these prats and still they haven't sorted my tax credit renewal, I called them yesterday but was on hold for 45 minutes which is a joke I just want them to sort it, I was quick to send the details they needed for them to see if under estimated my childcare yet they haven't been quick to sort it out they are a joke

It's discusting how they can leave parents with no money how can they feed their kids or pay bills my heart goes out to the family's who have had to suffer due to this happening to them
