Enough is enough #shutdowntelkom

We as past and present customers of Telkom have had enough of their poor products, poor service delivery, incorrect billing, over charging and negative attitude towawrds us.

There are countless customers complaining and searching for answers on all social media platforms. Telkom's reviews on Hello Peter are shocking and enough to give you a glimpse of how they do busines. The reviews are left unanswered. Their very own Facebook page is full of complaints, all of which are left with zero response. They are quick to respond to new customers but leave the old ones with issues hanging. This is evident in that a whole Telkom Complaints Committee page had to be created in hopes for change, but still nobody from Telkom has ever even attempted to deal with the countless issues and complaints there. They are not even embarrassed that it exists. Telkom shows no interest in minding their clients. All they want is our banking details so they can debit us until the cows come home, whether or not the contract is canceled. They are an absolute pain to deal with and need to close their doors to relook at how they run business. 

They cannot keep doing this to more people. This petition is to prove that this company has to be put in the spotlight to answer us, pay our money back (if need be), and shutdown if they plan to continue what we feel is illegal. We need the help of 702 to help us fight them as there is no protection for us as consumers. ICASA is not there to support us and claim it is not under their jurisdiction. We are helpless and need to expose them for the devil they are. #shutdowntelkom
