Cullinan & Rayton power and Water issue

We are making progress with the water and Power issue and scheduled meetings with the MMC of Utilities to assist us with proper infrastructure. 

The mine is also involved to assist with specific power infrastructure to Magalies water plant to ensure they are always powered to continue. The current water truck issue will receive the attention it deserves to find a suitable solution to ensure the informal settlements receive water without affecting any Residents. 

I will continue to update all signatures received with constant updates.
