I have found it quite challenging at times to go through as the road is narrower and oncoming traffic has large vehicles also at times. It's also quite dangerous as the road bends here .

Creating dangerous traffic conditions by parking their cars on the road and narrowing the road so that only one car can past at a timeMubeen Irshad (Ilford, 2025-01-07)

Because this area along Redbridge Lane East 53-63, Coes Corner is an accident waiting to happen! It is annoying and inconvenient having to wait for an opportunity to continue your journey after having to wait for a gap in the road. The Car dealer will have to find alternative options to park his cars. Safety is more important!Edward Hickman (Redbridge, 2025-01-10)

I agree, since the car rental has taken office, the road has literally become hazardous and a fatal accident is imminent.Shoaib Ali Shah (London, 2025-01-11)

The impact is on our road as well ridgeway gardens - mockery of the council and its schemes where they install school zones and then not impact a car rental business who are prime causes of pollutionIhetsham Ashraf (Ilford, 2025-01-11)

The landlord of this site is acting extremely irresponsibly in a residential area by facilitating a car rental company out of this site. If the landlord is doing the business, it shows that their attitude towards local residents and children is one of contemylt.Ottocar are utterly selfish and are oblivious to the sensitivities and need for safety of local residents and other vehicle owners travelling through this narrow part of Redbridge Lane East. Do they have no common sense. They are bad actor, doing nothing even after seeing the mayhem they have been causing. I nearly hit other vehicles four or five times, not to mention the fraying of tempers that are regular occurances.
I have photos that show the difficulty this irresponsible business user is causing to motorists, padestrians and local residents.
Even when spaces are available on site they still park on the road and nearby streets. This not a commercial area and this particular landlord should not be allowed to continue to cause safety hazard, higher level of pollution due to traffic build up, and sooner or later children and vulnerable people will be injured or killed as a result of the blind spots and impatience of motorists.
The local school has traffic restrictions to reduce pollution. Ottocar owner's behaviour completely defeats the purpose of restricting motorists from roads adjacent to the school at certain times to protect children. The traffic build up and consequent pollution emitted is a major health hazard.
Ever since Vintry site has been taken over by the new landlord the immediate local area and roads are seeing higher level of inconsiderate parking by its visitors and lot more pollution causing traffic due to higher volumes.
This business should consider relocating.
Ambulances cannot pass through. School buses cannot pass through and are delayed as a result. More traffic is backing up on Ambleside Gardens and other local roads, creating major disturbance and higher levels of pollution for my kids as well as other vulnerable people who have severe asthma and respiratory conditions.
Irresponsible and selfish businesses must be stopped from operating to protect local residents, and other planning licences must not be permitted to the landlord of this site. It used to be much quieter when a winery was there over the last 25 years.
Furthermore, the visitors and office users of the site park irresponsibly on Ambleside Gardens, creating hazards and blind spots for motorists.
The Vintry is not a fit landlord in my view. They have been careless in doing a car rental business in the heart of a residential area.
We are requesting the Council, Councillors, Leader of RB Council, London Mayor and Environmental Health, Health Authorities to take urgent action on this matter.
We don't just need yellow lines (they were not necessary over 25 years), this Landlord must be fined and not permitted to operate in this manner in a residential area. They have no common sense or concern for others. They are antisocial and are not welcome here, given their bad track record and disdain for neighbours.
