I object to the disruption and probable anti social behaviour and noise and traffic pollution that an HMO will bring to a road currently comprising of family homes.

I’m signing this as the petition is out of keeping of character of single dwelling properties within the street. The petition requests parking for 7 cars which will create significant parking and traffic issues for a single access road. Also concerning is destruction of trees, garden landscape etc has a negative environmental and aesthetic impact to the area.

I am objecting to the proposed conversion of 14 Hill Crescent into a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) due to the potential negative impacts such a change of use could have on our community.

The possible issues include, but not limited to, the pressing issue of parking congestion, risk of disturbing the peace and tranquillity of our residential area, converting a family home which will result in the loss of much-needed housing in our area, a valid concern regarding the potential escalation of anti-social behaviour and crime, and the issue of establishing a troubling precedent for future developments in our area.

The actions already taken by the current owners in denuding the property of mature trees and shrubs, as well as much of the front lawn speaks volumes about their current and future attitude toward the neighbourhood.

I'm signing because this application, if approved, would have a detrimental impact to neighbouring houses, materially changing the nature of the road and impacting on traffic in an otherwise tight and quiet crescent.

I totally agree with the view that the area is not suitable for the this usage and will have a determental inpact in a number of ways.

I agree that Hill Crescent is not a suitable location for an HMO

Detrimental effect on the surrounding area, houses and community living of the close. Lower house prices, extra traffic in the area. High possibility of anti-social behaviour in a quite residential area.

I am 100% against the application to convert 14 Hill Crescent into a HMO (Sui Generis) for 7 or more people.
This will leave us open to potential noise and unsocial behaviour, increase the traffic in a quiet family area and add additional strain on our local services, such as GP’s and Dentists. These are examples of many reasons why this application should be rejected.

Hill Crescent is a narrow residential road unsuitable for an increase in traffic and services. Granting the request sets a precedent for other properties to follow thereby making a difficult environment for residents.
The actions of the new owner so far show a disregard for regulations and for neighbours suggesting this is a money making scheme without regard for the local environment.
