I'm sick and tire of Judge Ratha's favouritism and biasness in this case. Judge Ratha undermines all defenses and spoon-feed witnesses. It is so obvious that he sides with the state, something that is not expected in him. He is a judge, therefore he needs to be neutral. I'm sorry to say that judge Ratha shows the level of his rudebess, arrogance, day-by-day in this court. He's really embarrassing us as South Africans to another countries since this case is watched not by South Africans only, but by the people internationally. We really don't know what kind of movie or circus we watching in this court. Judge Ratha is so predictable. It looks as if he has already made a judgement in this case. He knows very well what the end results would be. I have a lot to say about the judge but let me hold on here.
