I believe that the 5 accused facing a murder trial are not the real perpetrators they have been framed. There no "intruders" in that house and this was not a "hit". People who should be before court are the people who were in that house on the day and the lady that cleaned after the incident. CAS 375 is the real case.

I'm signing this petition because I have watched The Murder of Senzo Meyiwa Trial and notice that the judge is always supporting the state and always shouts and the defence, even rejects their submissions before he even understands what their points are. He shouts at them like they are small children while he even finishes prosecutor sentences and that of state witnesses. He nods his head and goes 'mhmm mhmm' when ste witnesses are testifying. He embarasses defence all the time. he seems like he has decided that the 5 accused are guilty already.

Greed and corruption.

The CAS 375 investigating police are defense witnesses and the family of as Senzo as well.

CAS 636 is in court, the judge is not partial and he lacks decorum. The evidence led so far for the state is hogwash and it is clear as daylight that it is cooked. The delays are caused by the state with how they are leading the evidence wherein the necessary documents are not handed in but this CAS is of 10/2014.. the last statements should be dated 2021. But we have evidence that is still not furnished. It is BIG RED FLAG, very much concerning.

This is a very unfortunate situation and it doesn’t reflect the true justice that must be seen done.

The judge is not fear at all. He advice evening the witness by hit the table when they about to answer and they change the answer to brigadier Gininda, also they allow Baloyi to come with evidence every day and judge keep quit. He is not willing to see a justice to this case. To be honest we don't trust the judiciary system anymore because of this judge. I am signing this petition because of the bias tendencies of the judge who favours the state lawyer over the defence. And always have disruptive comments when ever a defence lawyer engages a witness. The acts of disrespect and boredom on the judge facial expressions are too disrespectful to the defence and this never appeare to be shown on state lawyer. The judge in this matter always acts as a state lawyer instead of being neutral and do a judges job not bring a representative or Bais attitude in court. According to how it goes one can already conclude that the state has won the case and what's happening in court now is just time waisting coz it's clear that the defence has no chance no matter how hard they try. They are even made to feel scared at times because use they are being lashed at and rolled eyes on as if they always do their jobs as amateurs. This judge must be out.
