It’s such a disappointment and almost anti climax to be graduating 6 months after I would have been qualified.
This degree is so more than graduation, but my gosh it’s something to look forward to and a day to be proud of. A day to finish all of the hard work, tears and money that we have ploughed into this course!

I’m signing because I am a nursing student this change of graduation date will affect. I think already having had the bursary taken away and paying £9000 a year plus having placements up to two hours away from my home address struggling with child care a lot of the time. The one thing that gets you through is the idea of graduating with your peers, not 6 months after qualifying and started work!!

We have worked so hard to become qualified nurses, we have sacrificed our family time, worked 37.5 hours per week before breaks and travel with no pay.
