I want proof that this dog has been vicious and more than once, it is a dog consistently on public land, so there will have been many situations where he would be calm in. And why kill the other dog? Was the dog provoked? Did a member in of public provoke him? If the dog was human would you kill him? If you bit a punched a person should you be killed?

I've seen Eddie & Floyd often in Peterborough & have never seen Floyd be anything other than placid. I can't imagine what could cause such a docile animal to behave in any way that could cause him to be called vicious. We really must stop sentencing dogs to death for the bad behaviour of people!
