Because we are without power for 18 hours and nothing gets doen everytime its wilgeheuwel area they know what is the oroblem but dont fix it but our piwer monthly is higher than the days we do have power sick and tired of this all our appliances breaks cause of this and they dont replace it.

I'm sick of having no power!!!! We supposed to have loadshedding for 2hrs and then it doesn't come back on for hours!! It's just bullshit!!! We've had to replace 3 modems because of power surges, we have just bought a second inverter so that's almost 10k on inverters because without power we can't do our jobs as we both work from home!!! I'm just so over it ......honestly!!!! I have never been so annoyed and frustrated in my life and there is NOTHING we can do!!! Phoning is pointless and they don't answer. You would think if the same things keep happening you would start putting contingency plans in place!!!!

I'm Signing because i am tired of the consistent lack of power. Every time the power is restored post loadshedding the area suffers a trip which then takes 4-48 hours to attend which means we are in to the next loadshedding cycle soon after and again experiencing trips... Perpetual cycle of failure.

Everytime we have loadshedding and it comes back on its on for a few minutes and trips this happens on a daily bases. Sometimes power is only restored after a few hours. We also have continuous cable theft issues.

The number of outages in ward 97 are excessive. When load shedding ends the service does not restore automatically and requires manually intervention by power authorities lasting in some cases hours to be restored.

I am signing this because we cannot continue not having power every time there is loadshedding. My husband is reliant on oxygen not to mention our mental wellbeing which has bee hugely affected. It is very expensive to run a generator. Electricity bills remain the same and service extremely poor. Many of us are taxpayers and deserve better.

The power situation in our area, Wilgeheuwel, is totally unacceptable. Almost every evening when we have loadshedding at 18h00, the power comes on and immediately tripped again. It is now 13h30 the next day we still do not have power!!!! We are without power almost more than we have power. You cannot depend on the power to come back after loadshedding.

We tolerate loadshedding and therefore expect it to be restored after loadshedding finishes which is not the case. "We apologise for the inconvenience" also doesn't work for me anymore. Just do your job!!!

It seems to be s deliberate act by City Power and Eskom employees who want overtime pay and allowances. These individuals needs their hands chopped off. Then we won't have to constantly be off when loadshedding is finished every day.

Our area is affected on a daily basis (Wilgeheuwel) where the infrastructure is not strong enough to support a return from a loadshedding bout. the power returns and trips. We would like to get these areas off the l9adshedding schedule until the area can be upgraded as this is severely affecting us physically, mentally, financially and in other ways.
