Reinstate the Manor House Close Reindeer (Hippo)

The residents of Manor House Close are alarmed at the disapearance of the iconic 'Hippo'.
The towering swaying Reindeer, dubbed the hippo by an admiring Mrs. Mason, has vanished, leaving just a bare patch of grass. Local children, who happily posed for photos with the 'Hippo' are said to be distarught by it's sudden disappearance. Adults are saying that their Christmas is now in ruins.
The signatories call for the reinstatement of the Reindeer, Hippo, without further delay!
