No Vaccine Passports NZ

We the people of New Zealand categorically reject the proposed introduction and use of vaccine passports or any other form of segregation based on the vaccine status of an individual.

As we have the right by law under the Bill of Rights act 1990 section 11 to

11 Right to refuse to undergo medical treatment.
Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment.

We believe Vaccine Passports meet the definition of coercion as not having one will restrict an individuals ability to access the basic necessities of life and participate in New Zealand society as is their birth right. This will force an individual to feel pressured into accepting a medical treatment they may have otherwise declined. Due to the fact that the Pfizer Covid 19 Vaccine has not been given full authorization, but its still under emergency use authorization from respected and qualified institutions such as the U.S. FDA,  and also that we the people of this nation are unable to access fully disclosed information on the ingredients and mechanisms of the Pfizer Covid 19 Vaccine, or accurate and up to date information on Injuries and side effects resulting from the Pfizer Covid 19 Vaccine, we evoke the Nuremburg Code 1947 which clearly states the following in section 1. 

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature,duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected;and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. 

We respectfully request that our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern imediatey cease and desist from pursuing the implementation of a Vaccine Passport system for New Zealand.
