Limit access to Naval or Pelican

Can we all stand together to please try and get Naval and Pelican back.. Let's all agree to limited access to Naval and Pelican. We all have families that likes to go to the beach on our hot summer days.. Let's petition to pay a fee to access Pelican and Naval and still be able to enjoy sunny days. PLEASE municipality add some bins and portable toilets, ask every person ro pay an access fee to enter and enjoy the day, or even sell seasonal tickets. We have no other place to swim, Alkant is packed and before the bridge to pelican is also packed, we are we suppose to swim?

At this stage the municipality is cutting off all recreational facilities for richards bay, that is going to affect the aconomy at the end off the day. 

Fine people that don't comply to the rules. {same as the south Pier applications!}

At the end of the day the municipality will benefit from this and the community will be able to enjoy the sunny days.
