STOP REZONING (RETAIL) RZC2023-00016 BRASELTON/CAIN CIRCLE NEAR PUCKETTS MILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

This is exactly what was expected from the owner/developer. They have continued to say they will agree to something and do nothing!! After living in the community for over 3 decades and being involved in multiple rezonings, this is the biggest cram down I have ever witnessed by the county in our community. Again, the county has violated the original approval by allowing the Cain Circle entrance and now wanting the additional rezoning. As a retired developer/construction manager, this just shows the county will do anything for taxes and totally disregard their own overlay plan, violate their own terms and conditions and have no regard for the community. No one from the county has addressed the current Cain Circle road design and what the additional truck trailer traffic will do to the road over the next years. I can tell everyone, I will cast my vote in the next election for commissioner for anyone other then the current group. It's all about da money.....😖 This community needs to come out in full force and voice an absolute "NO" to this rezoning request during the hearing!!! Please continue to push the petition to everyone you know.
