The page admin on PM Lee's page DELETED the comment asking for a by-election for us in Sengkang west. 

Guys, let's use the alternative media like TRS/The Online Citizen, etc and get our views out. I will try writing to Straits Times forum too

There's a fifth option. Let's write to Workers' Party too. Ask them to challenge the HDB and URA or request for a by-election for us. They have seats in parilament so they can speak up for us.

You should really be worried about the future of Singapore. There's a new god in our country and his name is Money. This "temple" is for the worship of this new god. The fact that URA and HDB can keep calling this a temple is mind-boggling.  

The company who won the tender has only one business which is funeral services. It has no affiliation to any religious organisation whatsoever.  It's crystal clear that the columbarium is the money spinner. I really don't know how anyone can call it a temple and not be pricked by his conscience.  We've sold our souls to the devil. It's a sad day indeed for Singapore.

I'm wondering how many ppl are considering getting a refund if they insist on going ahead with the columbarium. HDB is taking it easy as they think not many are willing to give up their BTO. The only solution is if the numbers getting a refund is substantial enough to make HDB worried. For example, if  40% asks for refund, who is going to buy over our BTOs in future after all this bad press. Someone should conduct a survey to get an estimation of the numbers and then present them to the relevant authorities

Yishan columbarium house ard 16000 niches, chua chu kang columbarium house ard 147000 niches and mandai columbarium house ard 133000 niches, imagine is so call temple as reported is going to house 90000 niches on that small plot of land... do u call it temple! 

Make sure placed a lot of Chinese gods inside it, just like a loyang tua pek kong, then u can say this is a real Chinese temple for us go to pray .. If not, then don't called this a Chinese temple

By the way if you want to establish yourself as a credible politician, stop turning this into a politic issue..whichever party you are or you support.

To HDB: the issue of a private company bidding has significant issue and shouldn't be brush off or let the resident be a one time only guinea pig. I think it is only fair to take in the view of the residents. Nobody will want to frequent a commercial bldg no matter how committed they are. If they truly were committed they don't have to insist on the columbarium. 

Asking back for a refund is not gona help,infact they would make our lives more diffcult in geting a new or resale flat again.let just stick to protest but not a refund.

And lets vote them out for the coming election.
